DELIVERY AND ORDER COLLECTION

ORDERING FROM OUR ONLINE STORE

ORDERS ARE PREPARED AND DISPATCHED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF YOUR ORDER (EXCLUDING DECEMBER, SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, PUBLIC HOLIDAYS, PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS AND ORDERS OUTSIDE FRANCE).

Generally, your parcel is dispatched on the same day as your order if placed before 12 noon (excluding weekends and public holidays). In busy periods, order preparation can take up to 72 hours.

You will be notified by e-mail as soon as your package is shipped and you will receive the tracking number of your order to be kept informed of the correct delivery of your package.

CLICK AND COLLECT ORDERS

Most of the products on our site can be ordered and picked up in-store. Generally, you can collect your order by click and collect within 2 hours, subject to immediate availability of products in the V.Shop.

When you choose this method of collection, you will receive an initial e-mail confirming your order, followed by a second e-mail as soon as your order is ready for collection.

Once you have received this email, you will have 30 days to withdraw your order. Once this period has elapsed, your order will be cancelled and refunded to the payment method you used.

The V.Shop is open Tuesday to Saturday, 1pm to 7pm.

DELIVERY EXPENSES

FREE DELIVERY IN FRANCE FOR ORDERS OVER €100, EXCLUDING EXPRESS DELIVERY.

DELIVERY CHARGES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MAY VARY ACCORDING TO YOUR GEOGRAPHICAL AREA.

As stated in article 9 of our General Terms and Conditions: "In certain countries, the customer may incur additional customs duties upon receipt of the package. These are not included in the total price of the order. They will be charged to the customer.
This is the case for Switzerland, for example.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Only new, unworn, unwashed, labelled and in perfect condition can be exchanged.

As indicated in our General Terms and Conditions, no exchange is possible after validation of the order for personalized jerseys/products (flocking). Given the unique and personalized nature of the personalized/embroidered item, it cannot be taken back or exchanged in accordance with article L121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code.

COOLING-OFF PERIOD

In accordance with article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a statutory period of 30 days to exercise your right of withdrawal for a refund, from the date of delivery of the parcel, or a period of 14 days from the date on which you collected your order via Click and Collect, if you have opted for this method of collection.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us by e-mail at [email protected]indicating your intention to withdraw, your order number and the item(s) concerned.
Once you have exercised your right of withdrawal, you have 14 days to return the item(s) concerned. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all labels still attached. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

We will refund you to the account associated with the method of payment you used, after you have informed us of your wish to exercise your right of withdrawal and we have received the products concerned.
The amount refunded includes the prices of the items ordered as well as the amount of the initial standard delivery charges (if applicable). The refund of the initial standard delivery charge does not apply if you do not return all the products ordered.

PROCÉHARD TO RETURN ORDER WITH DELIVERY

Team Vitality gives you the opportunity to return purchased products within 30 days of your receipt of the package.

Purchases made in our online shop cannot be returned to the V.Shop at V.Hive. 

Defective or non-conforming product

If the product is defective, or your order does not conform (wrong size, wrong item), Team Vitality will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Simply contact our after-sales service by e-mail at [email protected]by providing us with your order number and explaining your situation.

We will then send you all the necessary information and a return label.

Size or product exchange

If you wish to exchange your item due to a size or item error, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

To make a return, please contact our customer service department by e-mail at the following address [email protected]. 

In order to process your request, you will need to provide us with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return.

You will need to return the item(s) you wish to exchange using the carrier of your choice, at your own expense.

To enable us to process your return as quickly as possible, please send us a tracking number by e-mail, specifying the number of the order you are returning.

REPAYMENT PERIOD

As soon as we receive your return, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.

Your credit or refund will be made within 15 days of receipt of your items and automatically on the account associated with the credit card used during the payment or on the Paypal account used for the payment.

In the case of an exchange (larger or smaller size on the same product), as soon as the deposit is validated by the carrier, the exchange order is dispatched.

PROCÉRETURN POLICY FOR CLICK AND COLLECT ORDERS

If you wish to exchange one or more items following a size error, if you notice defects or if you simply wish to exercise your right of withdrawal to obtain a refund, simply return the item(s) concerned to the store within 14 days of the date of collection of your order.
