Are you still ensuring the shipment of the parcels?
Yes, an on-call team has been set up and will be preparing your parcels several times a week. However, an additional lead time of 2/3 days is to be expected. The parcels will then be handed over to the French Post Office, which will be responsible for delivering them to you.
Who is the carrier of the parcels?
Since the launch of our eShop, we have chosen to work with the French Post Office, using their Colissimo and Chronopost offers.
Why is signature delivery no longer available?
In order to limit contacts between the delivery driver and the customers, the French Post Office has wished to no longer propose this possibility and we support this measure.
In how many days will I receive my order?
Your order is normally delivered to the carrier within a maximum of 4 days. Given the current health crisis, this period may be slightly extended.
Your delivery will then be reliant on the services of the French Post Office, which currently ensures deliveries 4 days out of 7, but from the 30th of March onwards, will be reducing its delivery frequency to 3 days out of 7.

Is V.HIVE open?
V.HIVE is not a business of first necessity and for safety we decided to close the place before the lockdown measure decided by the President of the Republic.
Will I be able to return my items?
Yes, however it is preferable to wait until quarantine measures are over to return your items, in order NOT to take ANY risk. We will accept parcel returns even if the deadline has been passed.
Will the jerseys, jackets, pants be available again?
Yes, in April.
Will you be facing supply problems in the next few weeks?
90% of our products are made or processed in Europe. Due to the containment measures in force, some products will be coming out a few weeks late. Don't worry though, we only sell what we have in stock.
